Bloomex awful company


To whom it may concern. I would like to lodge an official complaint against the online florist Bloomex.com.au. On 13th February I placed on order #1146299 for $55 plus $10 delivery to deliver some flowers for valentines day in Paddington sydney. Full Payment was taken and confirmation sent to me from their wecare@bloomex.ca email address which said I would receive a notification when the order is dispatched and delivered. On the next day I never received any other notification the delivery did not arrive. The following day 15th Feb it also did not arrive. When calling their toll free number 1800 451 637 I repeatedly got voicemail messages and then the phone rang through with no answer saying mailbox was full. The online "live" chat was also not being replied to. I sent numerous emails from 15th Feb asking where my order was (it was not delivered at all on any day after 14th feb)then asking for a refund. I received no reply until i got an email saying they had refunded me, however the total of the refund was only $9.99, I had no other communication. I then wrote to ask for full refund of $55. I received a reply on 24th Feb , 11 full days after I placed the order, to say that my order had in fact gone out and that they are not willing to give me a refund. The order most certainly did not arrive on 14th or 15th or any day subsequent but they offered a credit note which I thought was better than nothing so accepted it. I subsequently placed another order BMX01146825 which despite my credit still charged me $11.06. The order was for a bouquet for 44.95 called Outstanding Orchids. The order did arrive on 8th March however the flowers were much below par. They were wilted and looked half dead. My mum sent me a photo which I have on record. Again they have not responded to my complaints. I have requested a refund but they have closed my order. This company is mis-representing goods, their customer service is non existant and they are blatantly lying to consumers.
