  • flower order completely wrong, no ammends

    BloomEx is a big con! For the second time now, BloomEx has substituted flowers for my relatives in Calgary. This time a custom made $80 50th anniversary order was sent full of white lilies and red gerberas and two purple roses. We asked for pinks, whites and mauve, specifying no red. We asked for two pink stargazers, at least half a dozen roses and at least 6 carnations. Simple order, that given the speed of internet info, should have been easily communicated that they had nothing left of these regularly overstocked flowers.   • Bloomex awful company

    To whom it may concern. I would like to lodge an official complaint against the online florist On 13th February I placed on order #1146299 for $55 plus $10 delivery to deliver some flowers for valentines day in Paddington sydney. Full Payment was taken and confirmation sent to me from their email address which said I would receive a notification when the order is dispatched and delivered.   • Flowers not delievered when said and no customer service

    I live in the UK and ordered flowers on their Australian site for my mother who lives in Australia. The transaction went through successfully and the money was taken out of my account, however, the flowers did not arrive. I contacted the company via email(2x), phone(6x), and their online web chat(5x). Only once did I get a response from the phone where the lady said she would investigate and call me back. She never did. The flowers arrived the next day and my mother said they looked beautiful but not fresh, like they had been made the day before and not watered and had spent a long time in... More...
