I ordered a dozen roses for my partner on valentines day. The flowers were old, brown and falling apart. They were so bad she was to embarrassed to leave them on her desk at work. Instead of making my partner feel special they left her feeling embarrassed and disappointed. There customer service was rude and incompetent. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!
